Namaste! SB Dallas sprung in to life 3 years ago, with current membership being 30+. Three face to face and One phone classes are conducted regularly to promote samskrutam in daily life. Our involvement includes: (i) Adult classes (ii) Youth classes at University of Texas (iii) Family shibhirams - twice a year (iv) Promote yuva instrumental music group (v) Conduct annual VSD and Shloka spardha events by coordinating with other organizations, in an effort to increase the awareness of spoken samskrutam in the Dallas community. On-going classes --- (i) Advanced classes on Monday evenings in Plano - bhAShA paveshaH / gita sopanam - 1 (ii) Beginner claases at the University of Texas, Dallas, on alternate Friday evenings - bhAShA praveshaH - 1 (iii) Beginner classes on Sunday afternoons in Frisco - abhyAsapustakam (iv) Advanced phone classes to Dallas students.
