*Date of registration is when the payment is made (paypal/credit card) or the check postmarked date.

**Children attending the camp need to be accompanied by a parent(s)/guardian. Children will be supervised during the times when parents are attending classes; at all other times, they will be the parent’s responsibility. 
 
***Children born after 4th of September, 2004.
